Research Office

The Limmobiliare.com | RE4Com Research Office was established in 2025 to support the activities of the group's various entities: Residential, Corporate, and Luxury.

It is headed by Dr. Guido Lodigiani, a professional with proven experience who has established and managed similar units in leading Italian companies.

The Research Office's initial purpose is to gather data and information from the local area—also with the support of colleagues in the Network—that can be useful for dissemination at events and meetings, as well as for media relations.

It conducts thematic and geolocalized research, potentially covering the Residential, Luxury, and Corporate markets.

The initial research on june 2025 focused on Milan and its rapidly developing neighborhoods: LINK.
